KNOW HOPE: FOR THE BLUES

Street Art News have a very limited screen printed zine and hand painted screen print package available from 6pm Monday 30th June.
Some monies from "For The Blues" will be going to fund Mission To Art street art residency in Turin.
I have to admit that we here at artbleat do love a bit of Know Hope. But also have to admit that the man from Tel Aviv is slowly creeping into the "artists that are no longer affordable" bracket. Which is a shame for us poor folk.
HERE to purchase
Edition of 10
£500

The zines are entirely hand printed (with many pages hand-pulled by the artist himself) and include serigraphs, original photographs, hand-painted/cut paper and hand-written elements, all sewn together composing a unique and interactive piece of art, with elements revealing themselves as the pages turn. Only 10 of these amazing items have been produced by Know Hope. The “For The Blues” print is an edition of 10, 3 layer hand-pulled screen-print on Hahnemühle 350 gsm. It has been heavily hand-painted with water-color and acrylics by the artist and it measures 22 x 29 cm. “For The Blues” comes signed and numbered by Know Hope.

Opening night images may well appear here soon.

artbleat's take on the works of the artist (Lazy use of a copied Press Release)
Always innovative, always unique, Ben Oakley keeps us guessing as he diversifies once again to continue his development of the  ‘Pinhead Paintings’. Using original portrait photography and fashion/media prints, he hand tints then stencils over the flesh of the subject using everyday safety pins and spray paint with fascinating results.

ISAAC CORDAL SCULPTURES

Streetart.nl will be releasing some pieces from the recent One Day festival in Roeselare, Belgium.
At around 8pm UK time today (04/06/14) you will be offered work by Smates, Jaune and Isaac Cordal.
It's Isaac Cordal's cement sculptures or Cement Eclipses as they have been named by the Spanish born artist that have grabbed the artbleat office's attention.
Isaac makes up situations for his little people using the surrounding buildings or objects and after photographing them leaves them on the street to fend for themselves. Streetart.nl have just a few of these little characters, left over from the collaboration piece that Isaac produced with Jaune.
They are small painted and signed/numbered by the artist.
